Requirements

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

1. Service Efficiency

  • Ensure the achievement of monthly State Of Service (SOS), Invoicing rate, turnover and service KPIs targets.
  • Responsible to develop and implement the annual fixed service schedule for both Pest Control and Hygiene. Ensure to monitor and update the fixed schedule monthly to achieve the best efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure quality amp; on time delivery of services amp; treatments to New Business and Products/Jobs based on agreed schedule and work procedure.
  • Ensure proper SOP is followed for the warehouse, stock inventory amp; disposal process, and stocks issuance for both PC amp; IH.

2. Administration and Policy Directive

  • Ensure all required documents (like Service Agreements/Job Acceptance, SRS, IDAR, Service Cards, Treatment Instruction, Account Checklist, IDRTR etc.) for Pest Control and Hygiene are in order for New Business and Jobs Sales prior to installation, service or treatment
  • Develop, recommend and implement policies that would increase service productivity and quality, reduce customer complaints, and controls that would minimize if not eliminate risk amp; losses to the business
  • Drive SHE policy compliance and zero tolerance policy. Achieve LTAR target set for the year for both Pest Control amp; Hygiene
  • To provide hands-on service and products training support to service technicians
  • To conduct regular meetings with service team to draw plans, set targets, address issues and concerns, performance review, provide guidance, coaching and support to service staffs
  • To accurately maintain records and submit on time all reports and documents as required by management.

3. Customer Development

  • Ensure all Customer complaints amp; inquiries are acted as a matter of urgency and importance following the company SOPs and 2/24 promise.
  • Conduct regular quality inspection and customer visit to maintain good business relationship and thus improve customer retention.
  • To be aware and act on potential sales and collection opportunities on the service area to help generate additional new business, up-selling and improve collection.
  • Attend required trainings, meetings, conferences and other official company functions necessary for business growth, government legislation compliance and customers’ requirement.

  • Must know how to drive 4 wheel vehicle or motorcycle
  • With Professional Driver's License (Restriction 1,2,3)
  • College Graduate/Level Or Vocational Course Graduate
  • Graduate of Agriculture or any related course is an advantage.
  • Fast Learner and can work with minimum supervision.
  • Good communication Skills and Customer Service Oriented
  • Willing to be trained for career growth.
  • Willing to work at Night Shift
