Job Description

We provide live chat agents for nearly 100 websites. We launched in 2014, we have ~ 100 employees, and we all work virtually.

We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator (reports to Marketing Manager) to help manage multiple projects and communication between HelpFlow and its partners and clients. This person will own crucial parts of marketing projects and collaborate with all internal and external marketing stakeholders to drive projects to completion.

Miscellaneous info about the role:

  • Part-time role during the first two-three weeks (20 hours per week) which will grow to a full-time role (40 hours per week) shortly after. That is why it is imperative that the candidate is looking for a full-time and long term opportunity.
  • Reports to Marketing Manager.
  • Workload will be distributed to the following:
    • 30% - Coordination with internal and external (partners and clients) project members to fulfill established next steps until the project is completed.
    • 30% - Project management to ensure that tasks are progressing and projects are moving forward towards completion. The right person should be keen to details and particular on deadlines.
    • 20% - Managing podcast, youtube channel and social media account.
    • 10% - Perform Outreach (either thru email, phone, sms, etc.) to identify guesting and sponsorship opportunities for HelpFlow.
    • 10% - Other adhoc tasks that may be assigned by the Marketing Manager along the way.
  • Reports to Marketing Manager with a dotted line with the CEO.

  • You'll work virtually from home, during US business hours (flexible after training and integration phase)

Requirements

  • REQUIRED: Project Management and Coordination
    • You have at least 1-2 years of project management experience preferably in a Marketing Department.
    • Experience in facilitating meetings, doing initial outreach to key marketing stakeholders, doing efficient follow ups and establishing clear next steps to achieve completion of a project.
  • REQUIRED: Virtual Office Setup
    • Stable high speed internet connection (mobile internet not recommended)
    • Laptop or PC that can handle work tools (recommended: quad core CPU gt; 2.5ghz, 8GB or higher RAM)
    • Headset with mic and webcam for client and team meetings
    • Quiet and distraction free workplace
  • RECOMMENDED BUT NOT REQUIRED: Knowledge and experience with establishing and managing podcast and Youtue channel
    • You understand how Podcast and Youtube channel works and how they are used for marketing purposes.
    • Video and Audio editing is a plus but not required.
