Business Administration or related field. 10+ years diverse and progressively senior experience in strategic human resources management in a BPO set up with a demonstrated expertise in operational support and culture with a minimum of five years in a senior management role
Proven track record of strategic talent management aligned with company’s growth objectives
Strong knowledge of benefits administration, compensation, employee relations, training and development, talent acquisition and management, performance management, total rewards, organizational development, succession planning and employee engagement
Experience building and elevating culture and brand awareness, supporting internally and externally
Strong strategic planning and analysis skills in people strategy
Entrepreneurial and big picture mindset; innovative and creative personality with a strong business acumen
