The Role: Business Decision Support Analyst (BDS Analyst)
As a BDS Analyst, you will have the ownership and accountability over numbers amp; data in the company. You will also create and improve specific management reports, as well as providing concerned partners with information. You will be responsible for defining KPIs for evaluating the improvement initiatives’ effectiveness and the performance of the teams. Your role will be to further enhance reporting methodology and collaborate with all areas of the company in order to enrich data analysis. You will be expected to help in the root cause and risk analysis by analyzing the information/data and develop financial modelling and valuation analysis and prepare investment analysis. Every day will be different, and you will need to problem-solve and prioritize any problem that comes your way.
What You’ll Need
- Passion for entrepreneurship- 1-3 years of relevant experience in Investment banking- Ability to problem solve autonomously- Detail oriented and strong attention to detail- Highly organized and able to work in a fast paced environment- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously- Self-motivated in achieving goals and completing routine tasks- Bilingual. Strong written and oral communication skills- Possess a complete understanding of financial statements and relationships between them- Cross-functional teamwork experience- Strong PC skills and proficiency with various applications; MS Access, MS Word, MS Excel required

Salary: we evaluate candidates with salary expectations between $4.000.000COP - $4.500.000COP
