Our client is a real-time appointment booking marketplace for health, fitness, and wellbeing.
They are the online platform that everyday Australians turn to when they really need that massage or physio appointment today, are looking for a PT to start their fitness journey, or want to see a naturopath for a holistic plan to manage their overall wellbeing.
The Sales Consultant must be competent in:
- Educating inbound practitioner leads via telephone/zoom consultations as to the value of the client to their business.
- Converting warm and cold leads such that practitioners list on our platform.
- Developing meaningful relationships with health, fitness, and wellbeing practitioners through outbound initiatives.
- Managing all leads through our online CRM from initial contact to onboarding.
Requirements
- Have at least 6 months to 2 years prior sales, BD, or telemarketing experience.
- Enjoy the challenge of a true sales role and can demonstrate a sound understanding of the sales process and KPIs within your role.
- Possess a genuine interest for, or prior experience, working in health, fitness, or wellbeing.
- Possess a clear, confident, and professional phone manner with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Are friendly and enthusiastic.
- With a hands-on mentality and strong communication skills, you will possess the ability to work well autonomously and in a team.
- You will be motivated to go the extra mile and top performers can expect to earn significantly in excess of their base salary with uncapped commission and equity participation potential.
