Reporting to the IT Support Team Leader, this position provides first-line support to Truphone employees and implements initiatives and policies on internal systems and other technologies used by Truphone employees.
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
2. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
3. Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
4. Provide technical support across the company - this may be in person, over the phone or in other media
5. Manage users' accounts
6. Repair and replace equipment as necessary
7. Test new technologies
