Our client's business looks after shared houses in Melbourne. They take care of managing the people coming in and out, arrange the leases and organise bills maintenance.
They are seeking to recruit a part-time assistant to help them with property management.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Dealing with tenants day to day
- Calling potential tenants
- Arranging property inspection amp; confirming bookings
- Invoicing
- Email amp; calendar management
- Other administrative ad hoc tasks
Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years of sales experience
- Must have at least 2 years experience in Property Management
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Excellent organizational amp; time management skills
- Excellent people skills
- Must have an ability to think quickly and problem solve
- Must be kind and considerate
- Must be assertive
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent working PC/Laptop
- Reliable wired internet connection (speed should be at least 5Mbps for download and 3Mbps for upload)
