Job Description
Core role functions:
- Processing collections orders
- Processing fulfillment orders
- Processing registration orders
Functions in detail:
- Managing a large number of incoming calls and emails
- Provide support to end-users fulfilling their orders for both phone and online requests.
- Ensure all orders are processed in a timely and professional manner
- Escalate and record courier non conformance in the CRM
- Communicate with internal team members to discuss process efficiencies
- Represent the OEM in a well-spoken, polite, and professional manner
Requirements
- Must have at least 3 years of Customer Service experience in a call center environment
- Strong customer service focus and commitment to providing high quality customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent data entry skills for recording information on processing orders
- Attention to detail and ability to investigate process issues
- Ability to multi-task and work within given time-frames and constraints
- Reliable
- A "can-do" attitude to everything you do
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent working PC/Laptop
- Reliable wired internet connection (speed should be at least 5Mbps for download and 3Mbps for upload)
- Must have a noise-cancelling headset
- Must have a quiet work environment
