Job Description
We are the world's largest meditation community of 18 million people, from 120 countries speaking 50+ languages. We publish 80,000 free guided meditations and music tracks by 10,000 meditation teachers and musicians from around the world.
We have been featured by TIME, Forbes, The New York Times and Vogue, and our apps have picked up the Editors Choice award by Google, and App of the Day by Apple.
The Role
- Work closely with the publishing team to ensure we are continually and efficiently loading new content onto our platform, and our teachers are supported through the process.
- Ensure the quality of our content remains at a high level (relevant topics, (quality audio, well-written copy, beautiful imagery etc.)
Requirements
- 1-2 years in an external facing role focused on account management and / or a content quality assurance / admin based role
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional verbal and written communication
- You’re well organised, proactive and have strong attention to detail
- You are used to working autonomously
Preferred skills
- Comfortable working in a startup environment
- A strong interest in mindfulness, meditation or wellness
- A sound understanding of the different types of meditation, familiar with our app and a keen eye for imagery (ideal but not essential)
Role Details
- Contract based
- Remote working arrangement
- Preferably based in Manila
- Full-time (38 hours per week)
