Senior Designer

• Develop and execute design and layout solutions with a high level of proficiency and artistry, including graphic concepts, layouts, graphics, photos, icons, and color schemes
• Create and maintain brand and visual design guides to establish standards and ensure consistency across multiple platforms
• Collaborate closely with Product Owner, Creative Manager, and stakeholders to design aesthetically pleasing, value-adding, and engaging graphics and/or websites
• Articulate and justify design decisions to stakeholders
• Test graphics across various media (i.e. print and digital) and platforms (i.e. desktop, mobile, tablet)
• Support marketing campaigns in terms of creative execution and actual implementation
• Provide add-on services that are necessary in formulation of the marketing collateral
• Optimize and elevate the design of new and existing brands

Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree of Multimedia/ Visual Arts courses;
• At least 3 years working experience in Graphic Design for print and digital;
• Extensive experience in branding, retail or e-commerce is an advantage
• With experience in Website Design and other Website application;
• Required skills: Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator;
• Can multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with the team
• Must be able to articulate design decisions and communicate with stakeholders
• Must have a keen eye for detail
• Must have a design portfolio to showcase your works (Website, JPG or PDF)

Nice to have, but not required

• Apps: Photography, Adobe Experience Design, Sketch, InVision App, and Figma
• Basic HTML amp; CSS knowledge
• Experience in RWD
