Job Description

• The SEO Manager will report to the Marketing Manager and Content Development Supervisor. You will be responsible for guiding all of LeapVista’s SEO initiatives. You will also be working very closely with other departments.
• Your main job will be to optimize the LeapVista website and Learning Hub for organic search. This role encompasses on-page and off-page SEO, keyword mapping, keyword research and analysis, comprehensive website audits, etc.
• Create an SEO strategy to guide all initiatives.
• Build high-quality links for our website and Learning Hub using white hat link-building strategies.
• Create internal SEO and keyword optimization guidelines for the Content Marketing Team to follow.
• Make suggestions and improvements to our Content Strategy and Content Development Guidelines.
• Diagnose and resolve technical SEO issues.
• Conduct comprehensive website audits and online competitor analysis.
• Monitor our web assets’ organic performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools. Tweak our strategy and content based on your findings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or any other related field.
• At least five years of experience as an SEO Manager with a proven track record of optimizing websites and on-page content for organic search. You should also have experience in managing and training SEO specialists.
• Highly proficient with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (like SEMRUSH).
• Highly analytical, organized, and self-motivated. Must also have strong leadership and communication skills. Should be able to work collaboratively with other colleagues and departments.
• Must be familiar with all of the latest SEO best practices and Google algorithmic updates. Should take the initiative to stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in the industry.
• Experience with managing a team of at least 2 SEO specialists
• Familiar with Strategy Planning for SEO sprints to boost organic traffic
