Job Description
Roles:
Responsible for all Digital Marketing related scope of various platforms from setting up, launching, optimising, monitoring, scaling and reporting of ad campaigns.
Responsibilities:
1. Setting up, launching, optimising, monitoring, scaling and reporting of ad campaigns
2. Onboarding of clients and projects on their advertising requirements and platforms
3. Research and develop new ads strategies to stay ahead in the marketing industry
4. Compile invoices monthly from all marketing platforms and sent to clients
5. Troubleshoot and firefight any unforeseen situation for advertising platforms and tracking platforms (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Clickfunnels)
6. Maintain and organise all ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Outbrain, YouTube and Google to ensure that we can filter different results
7. Generate reports and update critical numbers on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
8. Assisting coaching students for advertising help on Facebook group, Email and other platforms
9. Create systems or improve on an outdated system and update the manager about the changes
Results:
1. All campaigns launched must be tested to run smoothly
2. Ensure that we are building emails lists through different channels and strategies 3. Reduce or maintain cost per acquisition for each of the clients.
4. Ensure audiences go through the funnels and increase their lifetime value. 5. Create and ensure that media buying SOP is always improving.
Requirements
1. Proficient in using Facebook ad account, Google ad account and Microsoft tools - Drive, Mail, Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
2. Have an excellent command of English - both written and spoken.
3. Have the heart to learn and grow.
4. Resourcefulness
5. Have analytical and critical-thinking with problem-solving aptitude.
6. Team player, adaptable, organised and detail-oriented.
7. Know the basic knowledge of WordPress and ClickFunnels (bonus).
