Junior Account Manager (AMZ)

• Train respective SOS amp; OS, ensuring everyone is well aware and follows the checklist/processors set in place for great performance and execution of each event/account
• Head the direct planning, coordinating and administration of events [Pre, During amp; Post] for the minor account
• Ensure Minor account data is within healthy range amp; hits intake pax
• Oversee and ensure healthy stats for L1, L2 amp; L3 for minor account.
• Ensure event dates plans amp; Update Calendar of Events for minor account L123
• Alignment with Marketing team to ensure program show-up is healthy
• Continuous suggestions amp; improvement to overall processes to boost efficiency of task and team's performance .
• Ensures all the respective sheets are updated with accurate data by the respective individual in team
• Ensures all L3 executional task are completed in a timely manner:
• Submit operational receipts/invoices for approval to Management amp; Finance
• Any other relevant tasks as required in your role

Requirements

• Ability to handle and manage stressful situations and work independently under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill to lead teams to run webclasses/bootcamps (Events)
• Possess good organization, project management and meticulousness
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills in working with different groups of stakeholders
• Self-motivated, creative and possess the passion to contribute to the regional educational industry
• Fluent in using Google Drive/Sheet/Words/etc.
• Prior experience in similar industry preferred amp; training will be provided
• Bachelor's Degree
