Job Description:
Conceptualize Instagram strategy that suits our personal brand
Help the Social Media Manager plan out how we can create more awareness of our
brand and increase reach for overall social media targets
Develop Instagram content plan and help execute them to reach our social media
objectives
Must stay up to date with all social media trends and produce valuable content ideas
Help improve the overall imagery and appeal of our Instagram page
Always be on the look out for the latest Instagram algorithm changes to align post
scheduling and frequency for best results
Determine the best type of content, curate rewarding and relatable posts that would
capture the attention of our target audience
Plan out Instagram content calendar and work with other team members and
designers in content creation process
Reply to comments on our Instagram pages maintaining our brand voice, while
keeping our public image on channels safe, spam-free, and friendly
Study Instagram insights and align them with industry best practices to improve
strategy
Requirements
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of work experience as an Instagram expert
Knowledge in Instagram strategies and in growing accounts to up to 100K-300K
followers
Bachelor's degree preferably in Journalism, Communication Arts, Advertising,
Marketing, or any related field.
Candidate must have a deep understanding of how different social networks operate
including their algorithms, with an expertise in Instagram
Ability to identify target audience preferences and trends
Experience in using social media management platforms like Agorapulse and Buffer
is a must
Creativity and out of the box thinking
Experience in Canva, Crello or other social media design platforms
Adaptability: Comfortable with constant changes in priorities and able to work
independently or within a team, with minimal supervision
Additional qualifications in digital technologies or social media management is a plus
