- Assist in machine learning, optimizing syntax being used in customer service AI Bot
- Analyze real life scenarios in customer service in order to update AI Bot features
- Responsible for designing replies for AI Bot and backend settings
- Maximize database for frequent colloquial questions and replies; improve interaction ability of the AI Bot
- Frequently monitor the effectiveness of the AI product based on existing data and user experience
- University Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in both English and Chinese, effectively collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in training AI Bot; experience in working in a contact center is a plus
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision; able to adapt to a fast-pace working environment and work under pressure
- Attention to details
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
