Job Description
**This is a virtual / 100% remote position, with employee benefits, based in the U.S.**
As the newest member of our IT Support team you will use your experience with technology and your troubleshooting skills to assist students by making sure their IT requests are being attended to and troubleshoot first-level IT issues. You will escalate issues that require a second level of support as needed.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding and Offboarding New People
- Making sure that IT requests on Fresh Desk are being attended to and answered.
- Non Priority Answer with 2 to 3 hours.
- Top Priority Answer within 1 hour
- Breakdown of service that affects 50+ users
- Breakdown of Servers / Websites
- Process for taking Remote Control of Screen
- Turn over IT support whenever there are time-offs.
- You will be using Last Pass Account, VPN, Fresh Desk, Zoom and more.
Requirements
- 2+ years of IT Support experience
- Experience with EnglishHelp Desk experience with windows operating system
- Help Desk experience with OSX
- English language proficiency
- Knowledge of Gsuite Administration is a plus
