Learning and Development (LD) Manager

We are looking for a Learning and Development (Lamp;D) Manager to help our employees advance their skills and knowledge.

In this role, you should be passionate about helping people learn and grow. Excellent communication skills are essential. If you also have experience designing e-learning courses and managing budgets, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will help our company succeed by training and developing its people.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training programs will meet business needs
• Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic trainings aligned with the organization’s values and objectives
• Work closely with the leaders of the organization and have a full understanding of their department and training needs
• Assess individuals’ skills, performance, and productivity to identify areas of improvement
• Implement various learning methods company-wide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training, e-learning courses, etc.)
• Develop training manuals that target tangible results
• Having an awareness of the budget allocation and an ability to find solutions to implement the required training
• Establish network with 3rd party training providers

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Learning amp; Development Manager or Training Manager
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, night shift, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to be assigned at any sites of the company
