Accounts Receivable amp; Payable functions: Manage and maintain accounts payable, vendor management, accounts receivable, statement emails, transaction auditing for participants, quality control calls, sales reports, and annual audit support.
Accounts Receivable amp; Payable functions: Manage and enter daily/weekly deposits into QuickBooks and/or Clinical Trial Management Software, process weekly/monthly clinical trials payments for participant.
Partnership Management: Oversee obtaining and processing all paperwork from shared revenue partnership locations, track, and invoice and collect all revenue associated.
Project Management: Manage special projects as assigned
Perform other duties assigned by supervisor: May assist HR Manager with different HR generalist needs as they arise.
Contract Drafting: Draft vendor and employment contracts using company provided contract templates.
