The billing clerk will be assigned to the Lala Logistics and will be accountable for creating billing invoices, issuing them to customers by all necessary means.Additional Responsibilities:
- Issue monthly customer billing statements
- Issue billing invoices to customers in a timely manner
- Update customer files with issued invoices
- Daily correspondence with internal project managers and customers for invoicing and accounts receivable collections
- Provides clients with accurate and complete information necessary for reconciliation of billing with clients
What you'll need
- 1 year of related work experience preferably in the logistics industry.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Must be willing to work either in the Quezon City or Makati office when necessary
