Job Description

The billing clerk will be assigned to the Lala Logistics and will be accountable for creating billing invoices, issuing them to customers by all necessary means.Additional Responsibilities:
  • Issue monthly customer billing statements
  • Issue billing invoices to customers in a timely manner
  • Update customer files with issued invoices
  • Daily correspondence with internal project managers and customers for invoicing and accounts receivable collections
  • Provides clients with accurate and complete information necessary for reconciliation of billing with clients
What you'll need
  • 1 year of related work experience preferably in the logistics industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Must be willing to work either in the Quezon City or Makati office when necessary
