Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to traveling employees which includes flight bookings, hotelreservations, etc.
  • Ground Transportation (e.g., travel from home to the airport, travel from the airport to lodging, travel from the airport to home, etc.).
  • Schedules and coordinates company’s daily itinerary and dispatch schedules for its couriers requirements
  • Provide administrative support to the Accounting department
  • Assisting with the purchase orders, receipt scanning
  • Clerical assistance, specialy in digitizing records (RMS) and printing.
  • Document expenses and hand in reports
  • Assist in reserving a conference room, preparing meeting agendas, minutes and materials.
  • Undertake receptionist duties
  • Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree graduate.
  • At least a year of relevant experience
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done
