Position Summary
1. Responsible for effectively entering all customer orders and service requests received into the company's order system.
2.Verifies that the ordering customer information, purchase order information, billing information that the customer provided are correct.
3. Own the order management lifecycle: from checking or order details, stocks allocation until order delivery and process documentation
Role and Responsibilities
Process, monitor and understand the Sales order until Delivery order processes
Manage delivery status-take ownership of delivery status inquiries and proactive tracking
Proactively call out to Key Account Managers to manage delivery issues
Maintain strong working relationships with internal departments to collaborate on cross-functional projects (Sales, Product Marketing, SOD and Logistics teams)
Proactively flag concerns in sales performance and align group on opportunities to address.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reporting to support Sales business operations
Review business trends looking for opportunities and summarize those findings to the business unit.
Analyze sell-in and provides insights, feedback and opportunities
Distill data into actionable insights, build business cases and synthesis data into presentations for various internal customers
Ad hoc projects that seek to drive sales success. These include, but are not limited to, deep dives, bonus reporting and crafting sales tools to assist management teams.
Meet with business stakeholders to get pulse on business and understand needs.
Assist with business planning through idea generation, out of the box thinking and innovative contributions
Improve business processes for Sales and the Business unit
