Role and Responsibilities
Ensure excellent & timely training of all new products of Samsung Mobile to Field Force members and Dealer frontliners:
Review HQ training materials, and localize for the Philippine market prior to implementation
Develop new training tools, spiels, and how-to-demo guide
Maximize digital platform (S+) by creating local content (presentations, videos) for training
Lead production of short videos to promote SEPCO’s new products and promos to create awareness in SNS
Management of SNS FB accounts (Interlink and Samsung Galaxy Masters Philippines)
Ensure relevant updates to the onboarding and training program for Field Force
Create standards, guidelines and monitoring methods to ensure quality workforce
