1. Report & Analyze Sell-in and Sell-out
2. Provide overall sales data analysis and reports
3. Support the business unit in terms of information sharing, retail & sales activity planning
Role and Responsibilities
Prepare weekly and monthly reporting to support Retail & Sales business operations
Analyze sell-in & sell-out performance and provides insights, feedback and opportunities
Proactively flag concerns in sales performance and align group on opportunities to address.
Review business trends looking for opportunities and summarize those findings to the business unit.
Analyze & report Market and Market share performance
Distill data into actionable insights, build business cases and synthesis data into presentations for various internal customers
Monitor and understand the return on investment for Retail initiatives
Ad hoc projects that seek to drive retail & sales success. These include, but are not limited to, deep dives, bonus reporting and crafting sales tools to assist management teams.
Meet with business stakeholders to get pulse on business and understand needs.
Maintain strong working relationships with internal departments to collaborate on cross-functional projects (Sales, Product Marketing, Trade Marketing groups)
Assist with business planning through idea generation, out of the box thinking and innovative contributions
Manage all sell-in & sell-out reporting requirements
Improve business processes for Retail & Sales
