As an Educational Content Creator (Tutorial Creator), you will work closely with the Business team to create, implement, and manage comprehensive educational solutions with a focus on improving the customer experience. First of all, you’ll be good at creating tutorials with excellent project management skills. You’ll able to define the technical and professional requirements that will support Binance exchange products and blockchain user education. You’ll drive the program forward by creating content that includes all formats of media assets from scratch and leveraging resources, collaborating with subject matter experts to improve Binance User Experience.Your day-to-day job will include:

• Instructional design. By deeply understand the logic of trades and products, you‘ll be able to work with all teams to generate tutorials or educational content includes videos/articles/media assets.
• Working closely with employees of all levels who will act as subject matter experts (SMEs) to design, develop, and maintain educational content and curricula or tutorials within Binance.
• Project management and consistent communication with stakeholders, teammates regarding timelines, and milestones.
• Assessing learning needs through surveys, interviews, and performance metrics to determine the storyboard of tutorials and make sure your content fits the customer’s learning needs.
• Implement all content into the products and ensure the adoption of best practices and achievement of effective results.

We consider critical for this role:

• Bachelor degree or above.
• Working Experiences with a global background are preferred.
• The ideal candidate must be bilingual in Chinese amp; English.3+ years of experience in Web-based training/learning solutions(digital experts)/User education and experience in Instructional design is a must.
• Candidates in MNC/Investment bank/cryptocurrencies industries or finance industries (especially internet finance) are preferred.
• Proven ability to develop innovative solutions for increased productivity.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills in order to identify, understand, and address the customers’ issues into the solution.
• A hands-on person.
