deploy POPs and Display units OTIF
coordinate with Sales team for accounts that need further alignment

propose strategic and efficient utilization of Retail investments to ensure dominant presence in the area
initiate innovative activation to attract local market and drive purchase
drive seamless integration of Sales team and Field Force towards flawless execution
Ensure quality of Field Force personnel in the area
create standards, guidelines and monitoring methods to ensure quality workforce
conduct regular trade checks, work with’s and business reviews
