Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Video Editor with graphic design and UI/UX experience, working fully remotely from the Philippines.

Your main responsibility will be creating engaging video content for social media, digital advertising and our website. You will edit footage, add captions, music, transitions and motion graphics, and adapt content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.

You will also support the team with branded graphics and contribute to website and landing page designs. Working closely with our UK team, you will produce high-quality content that follows our brand guidelines and meets agreed deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven video editing experience and a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar software.
• Graphic design skills and experience using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva.
• UI/UX design experience, ideally using Figma.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Creativity, attention to detail and good time management.
• Reliable internet connection and a computer suitable for video editing.
• Availability to collaborate during UK working hours.

Location: Fully remote — applicants must be based in the Philippines.

Candidates should possess strong skills in Marketing and Digital Marketing to develop and implement effective email strategies aligned with broader campaign goals.

Candidates should possess practical experience with Marketing Automation tools to design, launch, and optimize email workflows and lifecycle campaigns.

Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills to create and refine email campaigns that drive sign-ups, conversions, and ongoing engagement.

Candidates should possess Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities to manage audience segmentation, maintain accurate data, and personalize communication at scale.

Relevant experience in email marketing within digital health, healthcare, or regulated industries is beneficial, including familiarity with data protection and privacy standards.

Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret campaign performance data, generate insights, and present clear recommendations to stakeholders.

Excellent written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to craft clear, empathetic, and compliant messaging for diverse audiences.
