Role Description
We are looking for a Graphic Designer with video editing and UI/UX experience, working fully remotely from the Philippines.
You will create engaging designs for social media, digital advertising, email campaigns and our website. Responsibilities include producing branded graphics, editing promotional videos and contributing to website and landing page designs that improve the customer experience.
You will collaborate with our UK team to turn ideas into clear, professional visual content, maintain brand consistency and manage multiple projects to agreed deadlines.

Requirements
- Graphic design experience supported by a strong portfolio.
- Video editing skills, including captions, transitions and basic motion graphics.
- UI/UX experience, including website layouts and mobile-friendly design.
- Experience using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and video editing software.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Good attention to detail, creativity and time management.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable computer.
- Availability to collaborate during UK working hours.

- Relevant experience in email marketing within digital health, healthcare, or regulated industries is beneficial, including familiarity with data protection and privacy standards.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret campaign performance data, generate insights, and present clear recommendations to stakeholders.
- Excellent written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to craft clear, empathetic, and compliant messaging for diverse audiences.
