The successful candidate will represent Hirelink-OPC professionally, contribute to a positive service experience, and help applicants and client organizations navigate staffing-related processes effectively.

- Respond to customer and candidate inquiries through available communication channels.
- Provide clear information about services, vacancies, application procedures, and next steps.
- Listen carefully to concerns, resolve routine issues, and escalate complex cases when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, requests, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment and staffing teams to ensure consistent information and timely updates.
- Follow service standards, company procedures, and data-handling requirements.

What we’re looking for
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Customer-focused approach with patience, empathy, and professional judgment.
- Ability to understand concerns, ask relevant questions, and provide accurate responses.
- Good active listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including email, web applications, and data entry.
- Accurate documentation and organized follow-up of customer interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries while meeting response and service standards.
- Reliable attendance, adaptability, teamwork, and willingness to learn staffing processes.
- Experience in BPO, customer support, recruitment coordination, or administration is welcome.
