Key responsibilities
- Conduct workspace tours for walk-in and scheduled clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, referrals, and outbound sales activities
- Provide regular sales updates, pipeline reports, and forecasts to management
- Conduct client outreach through calls, emails, meetings, and presentations
- Respond promptly to inquiries from email, website, Facebook, Instagram, and other communication channels
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and agreements for clients
- Attend networking events and client meetings
