Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, and written) across social platforms.
- Analyze social media campaigns and produce performance reports.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce content that resonates with target audiences.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
What we’re looking for
Must-have:
- Minimum 3 years of proven social media marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube audiences and operations in the Philippines.
- Experience building social media presence from scratch; content distribution and user acquisition strategy development.
- Established relationships with KOLs/KOCs and experience planning collaborative campaigns.
- Proficient with analytics tools and strong data analysis skills to optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication and creative writing skills; ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
