This is a full-time, onsite, direct-hire role.

Duties:

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for the sales team to improve performance and product knowledge.

Create and design training materials such as presentations, manuals, and e-learning resources.

Deliver engaging training sessions both onsite and online using various teaching methodologies.

Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback to enhance future programs.

Stay updated on company products, sales trends, and best practices to ensure training relevance.

Collaborate with sales leaders and department heads to identify training needs and align objectives with company goals.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.

Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably in sales or product-driven industries.

Candidates with attached CV and relevant experience will be considered for a phone interview.

Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to motivate and engage trainees.

Excellent understanding of training methodologies and instructional design principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant presentation or learning tools.

Team-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently when needed.
