POSITION TITLE: Project Management Associate (Software Projects)
WORK LOCATION: Taguig
SALARY RANGE: PHP 50K-60K
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-time | Day Shift
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Project Management Associate will directly report to the Transformation Department Head and be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing company projects to ensure successful completion. This role requires strong communication skills to manage stakeholders and vendors, particularly in a software development context. Compensation includes a competitive basic package plus Rice Allowance (Php 1,500.00) and Transportation Allowance (Php 150.00/per working day).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure that all projects are accurately planned and project goals are achievable.
Interact and collaborate closely with all stakeholders (internal and external).
Communicate and cooperate effectively with Software/System vendors.
Ensure that project information is captured and disseminated accurately to all stakeholders.
Prepare essential Project documents, such as the Project Charter, Workplan, Communication Plan, etc.
Able to mitigate Project Risk and address issues proactively.
Able to communicate and work professionally with Senior Executives in a multicultural context.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in a software or system implementation environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across different departments and with external vendors.
Knowledge of basic project management principles and documentation (e.g., Gantt charts, risk logs).
