Work Set Up: Full time, Day Shift

Salary: 20,000 - 25,000

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance and assist with discovery of electronic cigarettes

Educate adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products, about the e-cigarette product and conduct a guided trial

Perform seamless purchase transactions, assisting with customization and database registration & after-sales services

Provide exceptional customer service experience by executing product diagnosis, returns and replacements in line with the company’s consumer-centric principles
