Work Shift: Night Shift (11 PM – 8 AM, may adjust based on US time zones)

About the Role:
The Recruitment Supervisor (US RPO) will lead a team of associates supporting job seekers and employers in the hiring process. This role ensures team targets are met, coaches staff to achieve performance goals, and participates in day-to-day recruitment operations when needed. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with strong operational skills, a US RPO background, and the ability to drive team performance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and manage a team of associates.
Set and monitor KPIs to ensure performance goals are achieved.
Review team performance and provide feedback and guidance.
Manage schedules and allocate resources effectively.
Operations & Process Management
Oversee daily operations related to job seeker and employer engagement.
Track team metrics, identify process gaps, and propose scalable solutions.
Provide escalation support for complex or sensitive issues.
Step in to drive recruitment efforts as needed to meet hiring goals.
Job Seeker & Employer Engagement
Guide the team in reviewing candidate profiles and matching them to suitable opportunities.
Support candidate readiness through resume reviews and coaching.
Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling and candidate pipelines.
Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and job seekers.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in contact center or recruitment operations, with at least 1 year in a team lead or supervisory role.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Proven ability to manage workflows, priorities, and schedules.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Ability to work US night shift hours.
Proficient in using multiple tools and systems to manage recruitment processes.
Comfortable making multiple outbound calls for job coordination purposes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in US-based RPO or high-volume recruitment.
Familiarity with recruitment CRM or ATS tools.
Experience in scaling teams or contributing to startup operations.
Passion for coaching and enabling career growth.
Strong background in customer support or sales with proven KPI achievement.
Experience managing high-performing teams (10+ members) in fast-paced environments.
Ability to influence outcomes through sales, persuasion, and problem-solving mindset.
