We are hiring a remote Growth Specialist to focus on outbound outreach and lead generation. You will play a key role in helping our organization grow our reach and impact by connecting with schools, programs, and community organizations. This is a full-time remote position requiring availability during US business hours.

Responsibilities:

Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to prospective schools, programs, and community organizations.
Research and identify new potential leads to grow outreach opportunities.
Schedule appointments and follow-ups for potential partnerships.
Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity.
Collaborate with our team to refine outreach messaging and strategies.
Assist with general business development tasks to support organizational growth.

Qualifications:

Outbound sales/cold calling experience required.
Fluent English with clear communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Reliable computer or laptop, internet connection, and quiet workspace.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and virtual communication tools (Zoom, Google Workspace).
Comfortable working US business hours from Monday to Friday.

Compensation:

$1000 USD/month plus 5% commission (capped at $5000/month)
