Job Description

We are looking to fill a Finance Assistant role. The team is seeking a candidate who demonstrates a combination of technical expertise and a strong cultural fit with the organization.

  1. Document Management: Monitor and maintain filing systems for financial documents
  2. Financial Logistics: Ensure the timeliness of bank transactions and ad hoc errands.
  3. Operational Support: Ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of tasks handled, as well as responsiveness to ad-hoc requests.

Requirements & Skills

Minimum qualifications

  • Education and Certification: A Bachelor of Science in Business Administration course.
  • Professional Experience: Prior experience in an office or administrative support role is preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic office equipment (e.g., scanner, printer).
  • Knowledge: A strong commitment to accuracy and a results-oriented mindset.
