Appointment Setter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients or customers, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team or consultants. This role is crucial for driving growth and ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients or leads using a provided script
• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat to qualify and schedule appointments
• Identify customer needs and provide basic product or service information
• Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM or scheduling platform
• Coordinate with the sales or service teams to ensure appointments are properly assigned
• Follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not yet committed
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call/appointment quotas
• Handle objections and rejections professionally and persistently
• Deliver a positive and professional first impression of the company

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a telemarketing, customer service, or sales role (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office tools
• Comfortable working with call scripts and managing high call volumes
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus)

Preferred Skills:

• Bilingual or multilingual is a plus
• Familiarity with scheduling tools like Calendly, Google Calendar, etc.
