A Customer Support Manager, ensures that the customers of a compnay are satisfied. The role is to provide superb customer service by leading and motivating the customer support team, developing procedures and talk scripts, and creating customer satisfaction goals.

Job Responsibilities
- Understanding existing policies rules and regulations pertaining to the Project.
- Supervises day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
- Respond to customers services issues in a timely manner, Communication with customers through various channels (Phone, E-mails, Viber, etc).
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four (4) years course or equivalent.
- Motivated and experience in managing Customer Services.
- Articulate and with excellent written and communication skills.
- Possess marketing and sales skills.
