Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry, file management, and document preparation.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and maintenance of financial records.
- Coordinate communication between departments and handle queries related to accounting processes.
- Maintain office supplies and manage inventory for the accounting department.
- Assist in audit preparation and compliance documentation.
Requirements & Skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
