We specialize in seamless transport solutions to provide customers with unparalleled shopping convenience. We are seeking a Night Customer Service Representative (CSR) with 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly via phone, email, and chat during night shifts.
- Provide accurate information on services, products, and order status.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to handle any delivery-related problems.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Assist in improving customer service processes and protocols.
- Connect with the team via Google Meets for your entire shift.
Requirements
You MUST have:
- a laptop or PC
- a reliable broadband/fibre internet connection
- Power supply with a back up power source.
- a noise cancellation headset
- a quite work space so your not interrupted.

Our business operational hours are 7am to 10pm UK times. Please check to ensure these hours are workable for you.
Working 5 days per week- 9 hour shifts, scheduled during our business hours.
45 mins break/lunch. Includes weekend work.
Requirements & Skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using customer service software and MS Office.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
