Job Description
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible to provide timely and effective assistance to maximize customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and resolve customer issues.
- Escalate all customer complaints, feedback and suggestions.
- Introduce new products and promotions to customers.
- Perform follow-up communication activities.
- Prepare simple daily reports.
- Phone call tasks related to the new promotions and FTD & Retention campaign.
Requirements & Skills
- Korean working remotely from Korea or other countries
- Strong verbal and written communications in Korean
- Korean typing speed must be at least 50 words per minute, accuracy must be at least 90%.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Candidate must have at least a Diploma in any field.
Nice To Have:
- Some proficiency in English
- Working experiences in the online gaming industry
- Koreans who prefer work abroad
- Working Conditions:
- WFH from Korea or other countries except Philippines (except who hold PH permanent visas)
- Required to work shifts round the clock, weekends and holidays
