Job Description

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible to provide timely and effective assistance to maximize customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and resolve customer issues.
  • Escalate all customer complaints, feedback and suggestions.
  • Introduce new products and promotions to customers.
  • Perform follow-up communication activities.
  • Prepare simple daily reports.
  • Phone call tasks related to the new promotions and FTD & Retention campaign.

    Requirements & Skills

    • Korean working remotely from Korea or other countries
    • Strong verbal and written communications in Korean
    • Korean typing speed must be at least 50 words per minute, accuracy must be at least 90%.
    • Proficient in Microsoft applications.
    • Candidate must have at least a Diploma in any field.

    Nice To Have:

    • Some proficiency in English
    • Working experiences in the online gaming industry
    • Koreans who prefer work abroad
    • Working Conditions:
    • WFH from Korea or other countries except Philippines (except who hold PH permanent visas)
    • Required to work shifts round the clock, weekends and holidays
