We are looking for our next L3 Support Engineer, to help us grow!

As an L3 Support Engineer, you will work closely with our Engineering department to support our Sleek platform. You will report to the Head of Architecture.

Job responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with friendly Product, Tech and Data teams to reproduce and resolve an array of enquiries
  • Support our internal business stakeholders on questions about Sleek platform functionality
  • Provide technical support through our channels via Zendesk, JIRA, and phone
  • Identification of fixes and development of code
  • Configure servers and networks in the Cloud
  • Update database records to keep client records up-to-date
  • Update knowledge base to improve self-servicing

Requirements

  • 4 or more years in a technical role with 1 year of support experience
  • Knowledge in NodeJS and VueJS/ReactJS, as well as MongoDB/PostgreSQL is required
  • Experience debugging problems with IDEs and browser tools
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems like Zendesk/JIRA
  • You will be speaking with people of all walks of life, so communication skills are key
  • Works well with people and not afraid to ask for help
  • Attentive and keen to learn from other mentors
  • Loves solving problems and has the patience for troubleshooting sticky IT issues
  • Supporting out-of-hours and weekend work where required
