Avalanche Labs, an Information Technology and Services company, is seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition/HR Partner to join the team of our partner Fortuna Games. This is an exciting opportunity for a contractor, later an in-house employee, looking to make an impact in talent acquisition and human resources within the IT industry.
As a Technical Talent Acquisition/HR Partner, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the offer process. Additionally, you'll partner with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and provide guidance on recruitment strategies. You will also play a key role in employee onboarding and will act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
This position requires strong technical recruitment knowledge and experience, as well as a solid understanding of HR practices and local employment law. The successful candidate will be a proactive individual with strong communication and negotiation skills who can build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.

You'll be responsible for:
Full recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing and approaching to successful onboarding and being the contributor in growing Fortuna Games in the local market and internationally
Along with recruitment as the main function, you will have a chance to take part in the whole employee journey through the lifecycle (onboarding and adaptation, HR administration, performance and development, employee relations, offboarding etc.).
You will be a trusted ally for the CEO and team leads on HR-related issues and contribute to global HR strategy and process improvements to achieve daring goals together
You should have:
Knowledge of the local employment law and employment market on a senior level
5+ years of experience in the recruitment field within IT, preferably from the agency or in-house employee from the igaming industry
Knowledge of various recruitment tools (LinkedIn Corporate Recruiter, ATS etc.) and sourcing techniques, ability to try out and suggest candidate sources
Excellent English and Filipino language skills
Can-do attitude and proactivity, creative approach to problem-solving, and a sense of humor
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Friendliness and helpfulness
