We are looking for a highly skilled Recruiter to join our team at BSA Solutions Inc. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and onboarding successful hires.

What's expected of you
- Source and attract candidates by utilizing various channels and platforms;
- Screen resumes and applications and conduct initial phone screens;
- Collaborate with clients to identify job requirements and outline candidate profiles;
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit;
- Manage and coordinate the entire interview process, including scheduling interviews and following up with candidates and hiring managers;
- Maintain and update candidate and job information in the recruitment system and other databases;
- Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process;
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires;
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and recruitment strategies to continuously improve the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role;
- Experience in using various sourcing techniques and tools;
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases;
- Strong knowledge of candidate screening and evaluation methods;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field;
- HR certification is a plus.
