Position: Data Analyst

Salary Range: 1800 2,000 USD per month

Working Schedule: M-F, 40/hrs, 7:00 AM - 2:00PM EST

Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis amp; Reporting: Run core business intelligence queries to generate weekly key performance indicators (KPIs) for team review.
• Analyze the performance of partner marketing campaigns using SQL queries, graph the results using visualization tools, and collaborate with the marketing designer to include findings in partner-facing campaign reports.
• Query Optimization: Continuously iterate on and improve core business intelligence queries to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
• Trend Analysis: Proactively seek out and identify business-informing trends using data analytics to recommend strategies for improving company performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL and experience running complex queries.
• Familiarity with at least one BI visualization tool (e.g., Metabase - what we use, Tableau, Looker, Python graphing tools).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Python and PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of or experience in botany or plant growth, demonstrating a passion for helping others grow plants.
