Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests related to outsourced employment verification services promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of outsourced employment verification services.
- Monitor and track service requests to ensure adherence to service level agreements.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Contribute to the development and updating of internal knowledge base materials.
- Communicate product updates, new features, and service-related information to customers effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to share customer feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using tools such as Google Workspace and Office 365.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the HR or employment verification industry, preferred.
