Social Media Strategy
- Develop comprehensive social media strategies tailored to client objectives, target audiences, and industry trends.
- Define social media goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the PPC Manager to develop and execute paid social campaigns that complement our paid search efforts.
Content Creation and Management
- Create engaging and visually appealing social media content, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
- Schedule and manage content calendars to ensure consistent posting across platforms.
Community Engagement
- Foster and grow the online Torro community by actively engaging with the audience, responding to comments, and addressing inquiries.
- Monitor Torro social media conversations and trends to identify opportunities for engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the Torro team to drive social media efforts with overall brand goals and initiatives, fostering an audience-centric approach to our online presence.
Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and platforms.
- Provide regular reports and insights to clients, highlighting key metrics and campaign success.
Social Listening and Trend Analysis
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and changes in algorithms.
- Conduct social listening to gain insights into audience sentiment and preferences.
Client Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their brand voice, goals, and content requirements.
- Communicate strategy updates, campaign performance, and recommendations effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role in a digital marketing agency.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media analytics and scheduling tools.
- Strong creative and writing skills with an eye for visual content.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva, for creating visually engaging social media content.
- Familiarity with social post scheduling platforms (like Cloud Campaign) is a plus.
- Experience in paid social advertising is a plus.
