Position : Senior Full Stack Engineer
Work Hours : Flexible Hours (PST)
Pay Range : 3,000 - 6,000 USD / month

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in scaling, building new features and expanding our product offering. You'll own high-impact projects end-to-end, contributing across our entire tech stack.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Architect, develop, and scale Fillout's form builder and suite of products.
- Engage in full-stack development, contributing to frontend, backend, database, and dev-ops.
- Collaborate closely with our founding team to define product and engineering strategy.
- Play a key role in a fast-paced environment, making significant decisions that affect the product and the business.
- Build and maintain high-quality, secure software for our rapidly-growing user base.
Requirements
- 6+ years experience in professional full stack development, ideally some of which you’ve spent in startups.
- Significant experience working with Javascript/Typescript and React.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in a remote environment.
- A customer and product-first mindset.
- Experience owning technically challenging and demanding cross-functional projects

- Dedicated and quiet workroom with good lighting for conducting business calls.
- Reliable and stable internet connection for seamless communication.
- A computer or laptop with up-to-date software and hardware capabilities.
- Headset or headphones with a microphone for clear audio during calls.
- Webcam for video conferences and virtual meetings.
