Job Title: Financial Underwriter
Schedule: 9AM - 5PM EST
Salary Range: $900-1,600

About the Company:

Specializes in acquiring add-value commercial assets.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research for self-storage properties to identify new markets for our client.
• Create a new list of deals in current and emerging markets for our client to explore.
• Analyze broker listings and lightning deals to identify opportunities for our client.
• Underwrite new deals for our client, including analyzing financial data and conducting due diligence.
• Stay updated on market trends and developments in the self-storage industry.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the U.S. real estate market.
• Proficiency in underwriting software, including Yardi Matrix (preferred).
• Knowledge of other underwriting software
• Proficiency in G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
• Comfortable with virtual meetings using Google Meet, Zoom, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be diligent, eager to contribute ideas, and enthusiastic about expanding the property portfolio.
