As a System Administrator here, you will be supporting all aspects of a number of our customers' technical environments across Australia. Technical Requirements

To perform this role, we are seeking a senior technician with most of the following experience. To be successful in this role we don't need all of the below, but we're looking for smart people, with the right attitude and values, who will fit in to our awesome team.

  • Solid exposure to Windows Server 2012 R2 and above
  • Troubleshooting capabilities in Exchange On-prem, Hybrid amp; Online
  • Experience working with VMWare amp; Hyper-V
  • Familiarity with iDRAC/iLO or similar
  • O365 and AAD Administration
  • SAN/Storage
  • Extensive experience with backup technologies (Veeam and StorageCraft preferred)
  • Excellent complex problem diagnosis technique
  • Broad experience in Azure
  • Strong Networking skills (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS amp; VPNs)
  • Firewalls (Fortigate, Meraki, Sophos UTM preferred)
  • Security competence include in Email Security Gateways/Anti Spam/Anti Phishing


  • Several years of extensive experience performing a Senior Support Role
  • Calm under pressure
  • Outstanding spoken communication skills
  • Experience working in managed services, outsourcing or professional services environment is a plus
  • For applicants in NCR, willing to work 2 days per week in our Ortigas/Alabang offices

Possession of any of these certifications will give you an advantage for this role, so if you have any of these, please make sure to let us know:

  • MCTS, MCSE, MCSA or equivalent
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
  • Citrix Certified
  • CCNA


  • Assists Level 1 and Level 2 Service Desk technicians to progress and resolve tickets either as a point of escalation or as a mentor
  • Providing remote support to a very wide array of customers
  • Supporting servers, desktops and applications within Microsoft AD, Exchange and Azure environments
  • Delivering the support of VMware, Citrix-based and other cloud infrastructure
  • Performing a wide variety of Level 1-3 support functions across many technologies
  • Working with highly experienced solutions experts to maintain best practice environments
  • Perform root cause analysis to get a better understanding of ticketed issues
